Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed before shipment. Estimated delivery is generally 7–16 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8.00. We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.

Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled from different locations. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split into multiple shipments.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Tiny Treasures is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number so we can assist you.
