Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order from Tiny Treasures! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can help make it right.

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color selections, or accidental purchases unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
